I am originally from Donnellson, Iowa, a small town in the southeastern corner of the state.
I graduated from Central Lee High School and attended the University of Northern Iowa where I received a BA in Social Science
Teaching. I am very excited to be a part of the NU High faculty and enjoy working with the students, faculty, and staff
at NU as well as UNI.
My wife and I live in Waverly where she teaches at Waverly-Shell Rock High School. We are both working
on graduate degrees at UNI.
In addition to my duties at NU High, I serve on the State Steering Committee for the Iowa Teachers of Psychology.
I have worked and continue to serve in various capacities with the Boy Scouts of America.
